Our workshop is expanding from 20,000 to 23,000 m²

Good news from our factory — Workshops 3 and 4 are getting bigger.

Our existing workshops cover around 20,000 square meters, and after the current expansion is completed, the total production area will reach approximately 23,000 square meters.

For us, this is more than simply adding another 3,000 square meters of factory space. It is an important step toward supporting growing customer demand and preparing our press brake tooling manufacturing capabilities for the years ahead.

Why are we expanding?

Over the years, we have seen customers asking for a wider variety of press brake tools.

Some need standard punches and dies for everyday sheet metal bending. Others come to us with drawings for custom press brake tooling, special profiles, hemming applications or tooling that must match a specific press brake system.

As these requirements continue to grow, having more production space gives us greater flexibility to organize different tooling projects and better support both customized and larger-volume orders.

Our product range includes press brake punches and dies, Wila/Trumpf style tooling, Amada style tooling, hemming tools and special press brake tooling.

What does the expansion mean for our customers?

When you source press brake tooling from overseas, factory size alone probably is not what matters most.

You want to know whether your supplier can understand your drawings, manufacture the right tooling, maintain consistent quality and deliver your order reliably.

That is exactly where we want the additional space to make a difference.

The expanded workshop will give us more room to organize machining, inspection, assembly and packaging. It will also provide a stronger manufacturing base for handling different tooling lengths, profiles and order quantities.

Whether you are ordering a replacement punch, a complete tooling set or a batch of custom press brake tools, our goal is to make the process easier and more dependable.

More capacity, the same focus on quality

Growing our production capacity does not change what matters most to us: making tooling that works properly on your press brake and meets your actual bending requirements.

From material selection and precision machining to heat treatment, dimensional inspection and final packaging, we continue to pay attention to the details that can affect tooling performance.

Every customer may have a different press brake, material thickness, bend radius or part profile. That is why we believe good press brake tooling starts with understanding the application, not simply producing a tool from a standard catalog.

Ready for the next stage of growth

Watching the expansion move from a plan on paper to a real extension of our factory is exciting for our whole team.

Once completed, the 23,000 m² workshop will give us more room to grow, improve our manufacturing processes and support customers with both standard and customized tooling requirements.

As a press brake tooling manufacturer, we will continue investing in precision manufacturing, quality control and technical support.

And as our factory grows, one thing will remain unchanged: we want to make it easier for customers to find the right press brake tooling for their machines, parts and production needs.

Whether you need standard tooling or have a special bending challenge, send us your press brake model, material, sheet thickness and part drawing. Our team will be happy to review your requirements and help you find a suitable tooling solution.
