Information you send us

When you request a quote, we collect what you type into the form:

• Name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and company name
• Press brake brand and model, the tooling you need, and your message (material, thickness, bend angle, length, quantity)
• A drawing or photo, if you choose to upload one (PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP, STP, JPG, or PNG, up to 20 MB)

We use this information to reply, recommend tooling, and prepare a quote. Messages are emailed to our sales team. Uploaded files are stored on the server that hosts this website. We keep the record for the inquiry and, if you order, for our business records.

Information collected automatically

The server may log your IP address, browser type, and the pages you open. We use those logs to keep the site running and to see which pages are used. We do not sell this information.

Cookies

The site sets cookies where a page needs them to work, including the quote form. If you sign in to manage the website, extra cookies remember that login. You can block cookies in your browser. The public pages will still open. A form may not send.

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal information. Your inquiry is shared with the people at LYNCCN who answer quotes, and with the company that hosts this website. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
