Product range

Start With Your Press Brake, Then Your Part

The first question is always the same: will the tool fit my machine? Our range is organised by tooling system, so you can go straight to the clamping style of your press brake — then choose the profile, angle and radius your part needs.

Catalogue

Find Your Tool by System, Profile and Angle

A selection of standard references from our catalogue, with their profile drawings. Most profiles also exist in other angles, radii, heights and lengths — download the full catalog (PDF).

This part of the range is made to order. Send us your machine model, the tool profile or a drawing and we will quote the right tool.

Custom tooling

Can't Find Your Tool? We Make It From Your Drawing.

Tight flanges, large radii, deep boxes, U, Z and offset bends, hemming or door frames: when a standard punch cannot make your part, our engineers design the tool around it — then machine, heat treat, grind and inspect it in our own factory.

Selection guide

Four Questions to Answer
Before You Order

01

Will it fit my press brake?

Start with the tooling system of your machine: Amada style, Wila / Trumpf style, Bystronic style or American style. The clamping part of the tool must match your upper clamp and die holder.

Amada style tools are supplied in 835 and 415 mm lengths or as 835 / 805 mm segmented sets. Send us your press brake brand and model and we confirm the clamping before quoting.

02

Can it bend my part?

Choose the punch profile from your part: straight punches for simple bends, gooseneck punches for return flanges, acute punches for 30° and hemming work. Then choose the die: single V, 2V, multi V or T die.

The V opening depends on the sheet thickness — use the calculator. If the part collides with a standard punch, we design a clearance or custom profile.

03

How precise, and how long will it last?

Our tools are made from 42CrMo alloy steel. Full-body heat treatment to HRC 50 ± 2, with induction hardening (HRC 54 ± 2, 3–4 mm deep) or laser hardening (HRC 54 ± 2, 1–1.5 mm deep) on the working area.

Working surfaces are precision ground; hardness, dimensions, straightness and angle are checked before shipping.

04

Price, delivery and service

Standard tools in stock usually ship in 3–7 days, non-standard tools take 25–30 days. MOQ is one piece (minimum order amount USD 1,000) and your logo can be marked on the tools.

If a quality problem is confirmed within 3 months of delivery, we replace the tool free of charge.
